The AirPioneer Diploma Program was born to reveal people's talents, and to prepare our participants with enough technical knowledge about the aviation and airline industry. The AirPioneer Diploma is also designed to awake and nurture the adequate mindset of each participant, who actively contribute to make their respective airline company competitive and sustainable in our VUCA environment. My role was to design and deliver some of the soft skills courses.

Each year, with Tomorrow AirTalent team we continuously improved and enriched each module, to keep up with the most recent neuroscience research, and other leadership and management hot topics and real-life stories. Each time I interacted with a new group, it was a wonderful experience. I am really proud and excited when I look back upon the long-lasting, inspiring and fruitful relationship with Monia Zaki, her team & so many APD participants.

I hope that my contribution enabled each one of them to experience learning as a lifestyle. I look forward to meeting our next learners to create new interactions in learning workshops, and to actively support their development.

I decided to try and then continue to work with Tomorrow AirTalent, on their APD program because our parthership is a trust based relationship. We share the same human and business values: deserve what we earn and focus on people. This means going beyond contractual agreement if useful to the trainees. I have tried and can witness that it is all about offering the best value to the real customers, ie the trainees.

More than delivering a learning program, Tomorrow AirTalent accompanies the development of the trainees. It is a people minded approach where participants are taken care of before, during and after the learning program.

I have seen many trainers/companies come, deliver a course and disappear without questioning the value they added... and I don't mean just handing out a feedback form. This is not TAT's approach and it is visible in the way they select their experts. It is not just about what they know but also about who they are.
